| Ingredients: | 
| 2 C. whole wheat flour 1 C. butter
 3/4 C. powdered sugar
 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
 (or other artifically flavored whip cream topping)
 
 1 large can crushed pineapple
 Sliced bananas
 
 | 2 1/2 C. cold milk 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
 3/4 C. brown sugar
 1/2 C. nuts or oats (optional)
 1/3 C. water
 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
 |

| Directions: | 
| Blend first 4 ingredients like pie crust then mix with water. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350°. Cool. Mix pudding and milk; let set
and spread on crust. Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread on top of pudding. Drain crushed pineapple. Slice bananas over top layer. Cover with crushed
pineapple. Sprinkle chopped nuts or coconut on top. Serves 12. (Jean Stephens) |
