6 to 8 medium apples
1/2 C. flour
1/4 C. sugar
3/4 C. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 C. oats
1/4 C. butter
Peel the apples and slices into a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Combine the butter, flour, brown sugar and oats. Spread mixture on top of apples. Bake until apples are soft and top is golden brown. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. (Linda Rummel)
