Ingredients:
1 C. peanut butter
1 C. sugar
1 egg 		 
 
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Roll into balls using about 1 tablespoon of dough. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press down crisscross with a fork. Bake 12 minutes at 350°. Cool a few minutes on pan lightly before gently removing. (Marge Seaver)
