3 C. flour
3 large eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil or butter
1 1/2 C. water or milk
Sesame seeds (optional)
Combine flour and salt. In another bowl, combine eggs and oil or butter. Add egg mixture to flour mixture and add water or milk. Beat hard for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into greased cookie sheets or 3 8-inch square pans. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 450° for 20 minutes. (Brenda Nevels)
