| Ingredients: |
1/2 C. shortening
2 eggs
3/4 C. brown sugar
1 1/2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
| 1/2 C. cream or evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 C. cut up banana
1/2 C. chopped nuts |

| Directions: |
| Beat shortening, eggs, and brown sugar. Add flour and salt, milk and vanilla, bananas and nuts. Bake in 10 inch by 6-inch pan at
