Vernon Rogers, 81, of Big Sandy, Texas, died August 19, 2005. Mr. Rogers, a member of the Worldwide Church of God and, before his retirement, a longtime employee of Ambassador College, Big Sandy, is survived by daughter and son-in-law JoAnn and Jonathan DeWyer, sisters Murlene Burch, Maurene Blevins and Mavis Blevins and nieces and nephews.
