Mrs. Minnie Lee Humphreys passed away December 2002 at the age of 91. She was born in Paris, Texas, to the late Sam and Nora Diggs Wardlaw. She was a lifelong resident of Mineola, Texas, and married Roy Humphreys, who preceded her on Sept. 3, 1975.

Mrs. Humphreys' was a member of the Church of God Big Sandy, Texas, and was retired from the Mineola General Hospital as a dietitian.

Officiating at Mrs. Humphreys' funeral was Dave Havir, pastor of the Church of God Big Sandy. Survivors include sisters Lola Akins and Aletha Beard of Mineola, a host of nieces and nephews and a special friend, Vonda Ouellette of Hawkins, Texas.
