Funeral services for our beloved elder Gene Nielander were held Friday, March 4th 2005, at 2 p.m. at the Hippensteel Funeral Home in Lafayette, Ind. Interment was at Resthaven Memorial Cemetery.

Gene died of a heart attack early in the morning Tuesday, March 1, at the age of 76. He had just retired a week before. The previous Sabbath he gave the sermonette in the Lafayette congregation.
