Barbara Mullins, 72, of Big Sandy, Texas, passed away Oct. 6th 2005 at her residence. She was born June 15, 1933, in Dorton, Ky., to Millard and Stella Smallwood. She married Victor Mullins on May 21, 1949, in Pikevile, Ky. She was a homemaker and member of Church of God PKG.

Mrs. Mullins was preceded in death by her parents; a son, David Mullins; a grandson, Justin Mullins; and a great-grandson, Brett Mullins. She is survived by her husband, Victor Mullins of Big Sandy; two sons, Ronald Mullins of Hawkins, and Roger Mullins of Pritchett; one daughter, Glenda Borchelt of Waverly, Ohio; three brothers, Ben Smallwood of Portsmith, Ohio, Clyde Smallwood of Lucasville, Ohio, and Carl Smallwood, of Lucasville Ohio; three sisters, Doris Wickline of Circleville, Ohio, Mildred Raisanen of Chillicothe, Ohio, and Judy Webb of Delaware, Ohio; 14 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Mrs. Mullins’ grandsons, Scott Mullins, Ryan Mullins, David Mullins, Jason Mullins and R.B. Mullins. Ron Weinland officiated the service.
