SAN DIEGO, Calif.--The Church of the Eternal God is moving forward with expanding its efforts on the Internet, CEG elders heard in a meeting here Feb. 18-23.

The meeting, of the board of directors, took place at the annual conference of the church.

The items discussed included an expanded report on the church's extensive Internet activities along with specific plans to further develop public meetings in Sierra Madre and San Diego, Calif., and Denver, Colo., sponsored by the church's www.standingwatch.org Web site.

Adding to the 17 free booklets already published, a new booklet, Should You Fight in War?, was examined and will be published before the spring holy days. Booklets, weekly updates and Q&A articles that have appeared on the church's main Web site (www.EternalGod.org) were reviewed in light of plans for further topics to present.

Directors present for the conference were J. Edwin Pope, Norbert Link and David Harris (United States); Rene Messier (Canada); and Brian Gale (United Kingdom).

Margaret Adair, secretary, as well as several other observers, was present for special sessions highlighting reports and plans for other activities.
