SIOUX FALLS, S.D.--Because of a "legal dispute" between Church of God member Steven Collins of Sioux Falls and the Restoration Bible Church of Berkeley, Mich., it will be a while before Mr. Collins' four new books on the 10 tribes of Israel in prophecy will be generally available to readers.
