P.F. Lazor, a prisoner in California, has had his parole hearing repeatedly postponed since February. His latest hearing is set for July 21. Please pray he will be released soon. Jake Jacobs, 89, congestive heart failure.

Sabrina Mansell, 4, Bronson Medical Center, Kalamazoo, Mich., injured spleen and internal bruising due to being run over by a boat trailer.

Mae Reditt, 1551 Pinewood, Toledo, OH 43607, husband just recently passed away due to heart attack. Cards of encouragement would be appreciated.

Mary Ann Skarr, Phoenix, Ariz., liver cancer, chemotherapy pending.

Lucille Smith, 1641 S. 118th E. Ave., Tulsa, OK 74128, hip replacement surgery recovery.

Jacob Walker, grandson of Bill Evans, Palm Harbor, Fla., has developed lesions on his skin in numerous places. Cause unknown.

Katie Wernecke, Agua Dulce, Texas, daughter of Edward and Michele (COG members), is the center of a battle between her parents and the State of Texas over the treatment of her illness (cancer).

Allen Ladnier of Grand Bay, Ala. (brother of Dot Ussery), has been diagnosed with possible tuberculosis. Additional tests pending.
 
Obituaries
Barney "Reid" Coulson

Barney "Reid" Coulson died at his home in Edgewood on March 14 at the age of 72 after a long illness. Born in Carroll County, Va., in 1932, he was the sixth child and only son of the late Barney Stanford Coulson and Lucy Harris Coulson. He attended the Maryland Institute of Art in Baltimore and worked as an artist-illustrator for most of his life until his disability retirement in 1987. Reid and his wife have been closely associated with several 7th-day Sabbatarian groups in the Baltimore-Washington, D.C., area since the 1960s. Reid is survived by his wife of 52 years, Marjorie, two sons, Leslie Keith Coulson of Edgewood, Richard Mark Coulson of Joppa, a daughter, Lisa Michele Russell of Dundalk, and four grandchildren, Jason and Ricky Coulson and Anthony and Ashley Russell. He is also survived by a sister, Helen Gillespie of Edgewood, and predeceased by sisters, Gloria Carter of Bel Air, Md. Alene Carter of Mocksville, N.C., Evelyn Bullock of Edgewood, Md., and Juanita Boger of Greensboro, N.C. Burial was at Holly Hill Memorial Park, Bird River Road, Baltimore County. Gary Staszak, Sabbatarian Churches of God, officiated.

Carol Grizzle

Carol Grizzle of Big Sandy, Texas, died Monday, April 11. Visitation and funeral services were held at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater. She is survived by two sons, Michael McGruder and Ryan McGruder.

Virgil Harmon

Virgil Harmon of Springfield, Mo., died at the age of 90 on April 29. Affiliated many years with the Worldwide Church of God, he had most recently fellowshipped with the United Church of God. His wife and daughter Ruth preceded him in death. His three surviving children include two sons, Larry and Richard, and a daughter Mary.
