This cartoon, by Greg Radtke, is the first of a series The Journal plans to feature on the letters or other opinion pages. Mr. Radtke, who
lives with his wife, the former Laura Hirschler, in Hawkins, Texas, plans to produce more drawings for these pages. But other artists may also apply. To submit a cartoon or other artwork
for possible publication in The Journal, send a copy of your black-and-white creation that can be scanned or photographed as line art to Box 1020, Big Sandy, Texas 75755. (Please
