CEM announces Camp Wewoka for 2001

TYLER, Texas--Christian Educational Ministries invites teenagers to the CEM camp in Oklahoma this summer.

"This year's summer camp will be held from June 24 to July 1 and will again be at Camp Wewoka Woods, near Wewoka, Okla.," said Larry Watkins, a CEM spokesman.

"We will also be sending out a letter to all who are on our teen mailing list, but, if you or a teen you know are not on our list, be sure to call, write or E-mail to ask about information for camp."

Call (903) 509-2999, write P.O. Box 560, Whitehouse, Texas 75791, U.S.A., or send E-mail to lsw@cemnetwork.com, for more information.

The tuition fee will be $250.

The camp is open to teenagers who have reached their 13th birthday by the time camp ends and who have not yet reached their 19th birthday.

"Summer camp 2001 is open to all teens, regardless of their church affiliation or that of their parents," Mr. Watkins said.

"We will have waterskiing and tubing as well as softball, swimming, horseback riding and group initiatives.

"Again this year we will also have volleyball and full-court basketball indoors, not to mention the dances and the annual fun show."

Mr. Watkins asked young people in the Churches of God to tell their friends about the opportunity.

"Please spread the word so that all who want to attend will know about camp."
