It's a crooked world, so watch out

Jeff and Carolanne Patton of Victoria, B.C., Canada, report that their book, Walk a Straight Path in a Crooked World, will be hot off the press and ready for shipping in November.

Mr. Patton was for years managing editor of the Global Church of God's publications. He left Global before the events that led to a split in the church and the subsequent demise of Global as a corporate entity.

"As a personal journey in living," said Mr. Patton, "this book contrasts these two ways of thinking, shows the way out of the human dilemmas common today and encourages us to take up the challenge to walk a straight path in a crooked world."
