SAN DIEGO, Calif.--The Living Church of God, based here, has just issued a new booklet, Who Controls the Weather?, by Living Church of God founder and presiding evangelist Roderick Meredith.

Living in Scotland

HADDINGTON, Scotland--Members of Living Church of God UK (not to be confused with the Living Church of God, San Diego, Calif.) invites COG brethren to worship with them for Sabbath services. LCG UK spokesman David Sheridan said if enough interest is evident the organization may also sponsor a Feast of Tabernacles this year.

New Zealand plays host to CGCF elder

AUCKLAND, New Zealand--A "milestone in the history of the Church of God" took place the Sabbath of July 15, according to United Church of God member Bruce Porteous, when elder Rick Stafford of the Church of God, a Christian Fellowship, delivered the sermon at UCG services here.

Mr. Porteous said United brethren in New Zealand were happy to participate in "building unity" between two Church of God groups.

"The New Zealand members are grateful for the support the leadership of both groups have shown in encouraging such initiatives, which will hopefully lead to restoring greater unity within the Body of Christ at this time."

Rod Hall starts tour to promote books

SPOKANE, Wash.--Rod Hall, author of the book Are We Living in the End Time?, will conduct a free, open-to-the-public prophecy seminar in Seattle Sept. 12 at 6-7:30 p.m. in the University Plaza Hotel.

The seminar will follow several days of radio interviews and a seminar and book signing at the downtown Barnes & Noble bookstore. A half-day $99 seminar featuring the book 7-Strategies of Success will take place on the same day and at the same place.
