Ingredients:
1 C. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 C. milk 2 eggs 2 Tbsp. sugar 1 Tbsp. cooking oil 1/8 tsp. salt Directions:
In a bowl combine all ingredients. Beat with rotary beater until blended. Heat a lightly greased 6-inch skillet. Remove from heat;
spoon in about 2 tablespoons batter evenly. Return to heat; brown on one side only. To remove crepe, invert pan over paper toweling; remove crepe. Repeat the process, making 16 to 18
crepes, greasing skillet occasionally.
