Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 lbs. chicken 2 c. broccoli 1/2 lb. mushrooms 4 scallions 3 Tbsp. white wine 1/2 tsp. ginger 1 tsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. sesame oil 3 Tbsp. soy sauce Directions:
Cook chicken until done but not tough. Set aside. Put mushrooms, scallions, soy sauce, wine
