Ingredients:
3 C. uncooked oats
2 C. flaked coconut 1 C. flour 1 C. butter 1/3 C. honey 1 1/2 C. firmly packed brown sugar Directions:
In large mixing bowl combine oats, coconut, and flour. In heavy saucepan combine remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Pour over
dry ingredients; blend well. Drop dough by teaspoonful into greased muffin tins or foil baking cups on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes or until well browned. Cool in
pans.
