Ingredients:
2 c. oats
3/4 c. whole wheat flour 1/2 c. slivered almonds 1/4 c. wheat germ 1/4 c. sesame seeds 1 Tbsp. honey 1/2 tsp.salt 1/4 tsp.oregano 1/4 tsp.thyme 1/2 tsp.onion powder 3 eggs 3/4 c. oil Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°. In large bowl, stir together first 10 ingredients. Beat together eggs and oil, add to oat mixture. With a
spatula, press dough evenly into a greased 10 x 15 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares, then into triangles. Remove to rack to cool. Store in
airtight container. Makes 50-75.
